The Launch of Pontoon

Adecco Group, the worldwide leader in HR services, announced the launch of Pontoon, Adecco’s unified global contingent workforce solutions (CWS) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) organization.
 
Pontoon is the 2012 combination of Adecco Group’s Beeline Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Adecco Solutions business lines into an independent global CWS and RPO organization, providing true workforce acquisition and management solutions through both contingent and permanent industry expertise. Recognizing the trend of increasing demand for workforce planning and talent management across the globe, Adecco strategically combined forces of these two companies to compete in the HR space.
 
Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Pontoon enters the market as one of the largest worldwide MSPs, and ranked third on HRO Today magazine’s 2012 RPO Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey. Pontoon provides services in 74 countries and is the most diversified talent management provider in the industry with the ability to quickly and effectively scale programs to a global platform level.

Global President: Michael Wachholz
As Global President of Pontoon, Michael Wachholz has years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry, having previously served as COO of Beeline, a contingent workforce solutions business unit of Adecco Group. Prior to joining Beeline, Mr. Wachholz was the CEO of a successful technology and services company, and previously served as an investment banker and a corporate/securities attorney.
 
Global CFO: Nicole Burth
Nicole Burth joined Pontoon after serving as CFO of Adecco Solutions since 2010 and holding positions in the M&A, operations and investor relations departments of Adecco Group. Ms. Burth joined the Adecco Group in 2005 and previously worked as an investment banker with a focus in the business service industry.
 
RPO President: Michael Beygelman
Michael Beygelman has held a number of senior and executive management positions throughout Adecco and will focus on driving strategy, operations, and growth of Pontoon’s global RPO practice. In addition, Mr. Beygelman served as the Executive Director of the HR Outsourcing Association (HROA) and is an influential HRO and HR technology thought leader.
 
APAC President: Neil Jones
Neil Jones has more than 15 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry with a focus on RPO and MSP solutions. Mr. Jones is responsible for driving sales and operational delivery for Pontoon across India, Mainland China, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australasia and the broader Asia region
.
EMEA President: Michel Stokvis
Michel Stokvis joined Adecco Group in 2006 and was responsible for sales and marketing in the Benelux region. Since 2010, Mr. Stokvis has been the president and managing director in EMEA, responsible for sales and delivery of MSP and RPO solutions.
