HRO Today has a long tradition of recognizing the work of HR executives at our HRO Today Forums. In keeping with that tradition, HRO Today’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Summit will recognize the work of HR, medical, scientific, and business leadership that effectively implemented programs that kept the healthcare workers that we all rely on engaged to fight burnout, staffed crucial positions, and implemented performance management of non-medical support staff while transitioning to remote work. Award winners will be announced during an award gala dinner at the conference.
Nominations for the 2026 Front of the Front-Line Awards will soon be open. Winners will be announced at the 16th Annual People in Healthcare Summit on February 25-26, 2026 at Phoenix, Arizona.
