Impellam Group plc, an AIM-listed company (LSE: IPEL), announced today that, with immediate effect, Jennifer Beck is promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Impellam’s North American operations.
 
 
Cheryl Jones, Chairman of Impellam Group commented, “Our North American operations are integral to the continued development our global portfolio of human capital services. Over the past two years, Jennifer has played a strategic role in expanding and executing Impellam’s plans to reposition the North American operation, to exploit gaps in our client’s service requirements and to enhance our service delivery and client innovation programmes.”
 
 
The Group also announces, with immediate effect, two additional executive appointments. John Vlha is promoted to Chief Financial Officer of Impellam’s North American operations and Patrick Ray to Chief Operating Officer of Impellam’s North American operations.
 
 
“John’s strong track record and proven service industry experience is critical to our focus and continued transformation to unlock the value of the Impellam Group of Companies for our shareholders, our clients, management teams and employees” said Cheryl Jones.
Cheryl Jones further commented, “Patrick will play a critical role in driving compliance, process re-engineering, and building more efficient service delivery and back-office operations across all brands optimizing our client and internal processes, improving our shareholder value.”
 
 
Jennifer Beck joined Impellam Group in 2010 as Managing Director of Guidant Group. With more than 15 years experience, she is deeply experienced in the human capital services industry and is well known for delivering quality and innovation. She is a graduate of Patricia Stevens Private College in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
 
 
John Vlha originally joined Impellam in 2011 as Vice President and Controller of Guidant Group. He has more than 20- years of service industry and financial leadership experience with publicly-held Fortune 500 companies. John is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida where he earned a bachelor’s degree in management and of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York where he earned a Masters of Business Administration.
 
 
Patrick Ray brings 10+ years of corporate and legal experience to today’s complex compliance environment, employment regulations and client-driven requirements. Patrick joined Impellam Group in 2010 as General Counsel with responsibility for North American operations. Prior to joining Impellam, Patrick was a shareholder at Littler Mendelson, P.C., he advocated for clients on a broad range of employment and labor law issues. He is a Cum Laude graduate of The Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, attended Loyola University School of Law in Vienna, Austria and earned his Juris Doctorate with high honors from The Florida State University College of Law.
