The HR team at Centrient Pharmaceuticals India have prioritised listening and learning from employees to improve engagement and performance.

The HR team at Centrient Pharmaceuticals India wear multiple hats. The head of HR operations is responsible for HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives throughout the region, while there are specific roles carved out for local and global talent acquisition, learning and development, internal communications, and total rewards.  

Through this array of responsibilities, the HR team continues to deliver on its global strategy and HR imperatives, attracting and retaining talent with high engagement scores while keeping attrition and costs low.  

The HR team has prioritised gathering employee feedback through regular town halls and engagement surveys, reduced attrition of new hires through the introduction of a streamlined onboarding experience, enhanced employee engagement with a regional calendar of events and celebrations throughout the year, provided upskilling workshops for shop floor operators, and implemented integrated dashboards for staffing and performance monitoring.  

These initiatives, backed by a data-driven approach and employee-focussed practices, have enhanced employee satisfaction, reduced turnover, and improved alignment of HR systems with business goals.  

Centrient Pharmaceuticals India has won the HRO Today Association APAC Award for HR Team of the Year.
