Wheelabrator Technologies operates 17 waste-to-energy facilities and six independent power plants across the United States and is a subsidiary of Waste Management. The renewable energy company has selected TalentFusion as its sole recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider.
In 2005, TalentFusion implemented a pilot phase RPO program with Wheelabrator to begin transitioning recruitment responsibility to TalentFusion. TalentFusion used the pilot to refine existing work flows and to optimize the recruitment process at Wheelabrator. Once the pilot was successfully completed, the relationship expanded into Wheelabrator’s full RPO program.
