Unisys Corp. has signed a multi-million-dollar, three-year contract for RPO services from The Right Thing, which will manage hiring processes for more than 2,000 estimated annual hires in non-exempt and lower-level exempt roles for Unisys’ North American locations. Under the contract, Unisys will also transition a number of global recruiting employees to The RightThing.

Specific services provided to Unisys include overall process evaluation and recommendations, assistance with implementing a new recruiting platform, candidate sourcing and recruiting, intake and pre-screening of applicants, selection and assessment of candidates, candidate on-boarding, and management of all hiring logistics.
