From navigating AI to rethinking talent models and strengthening culture, today’s HR leaders are being asked to balance more than ever—often in real time.

One thing has become increasingly clear: The most effective CHROs aren’t doing this alone. They are leaning into their networks, sharing experiences, and learning from peers who are facing many of the same challenges.

That philosophy is at the heart of the CHRO Today Executive Network (C-TEN). C-TEN continues to provide a confidential space for CHRO-level conversations—focused not on theory, but on practical strategies from fellow HR leaders. Our early sessions this year have already sparked strong and candid discussions.
