When attracting, sourcing, and placing talent across Quest Diagnostics, the organization’s executive and medical talent acquisition (EMTA) team vets executive leaders and physicians who demonstrate alignment with the company’s core values: customer first, care, collaboration, continuous improvement, and curiosity. Â
The EMTA team, made up of 10 professionals responsible for managing talent search and selection process, also works to enhance the candidate experience and advance organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals. Â
