Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, today announced that Adam Blumberg has joined the Futurestep business as Vice President of Key Accounts. In this role, Blumberg will manage the global Tyco-Futurestep Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement.

Amid a period of high growth in the recruitment process outsourcing market, the hire of Blumberg supports Futurestep’s business strategy and services, as well as driving increased levels of client engagement. Blumberg was most recently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Mobility for Convergys. He also held global talent acquisition leadership positions at Unisys and Aramark. In addition, he served as managing partner for a boutique executive search firm and a talent management consulting firm, both based in the Northeast.
Blumberg graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology) and a minor in Communication. He will be located in the Futurestep offices in Princeton, N.J.
