Clinical Magnet, the only workforce process outsourcing provider exclusively focused on the clinical hiring needs of healthcare organizations, today announced Thomas Leeper has joined the company as Senior Director of Client Services and Solution Design.
In his new role, Leeper is responsible for expanding the Clinical Magnet client base, streamlining service processes and improving overall client satisfaction. He also will work with clients to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve key performance metrics as they move through the recruiting and hiring process.
“We are pleased to welcome Thomas to the Clinical Magnet team,” said Travis Furlow, president of Clinical Magnet. “He has a proven record of success in talent management and RPO. Coupled with his strong leadership skills we are confident he will help Clinical Magnet expand its business in the U.S.”

“I am proud to join Clinical Magnet and look forward to working with a team of people who are committed to finding the right talent for our healthcare clients, “Leeper said. “As the only RPO provider specializing in healthcare, we understand the urgent needs of the industry. Clinical Magnet is able to provide innovative solutions to effectively and efficiently hire clinical talent.”
At the heart of Clinical Magnet is a technology platform that allows hiring executives to engage and interact with 3.5 million clinical staffing prospects who are increasingly mobile, socially connected and more discerning about job choices in a high-demand labor market.
