Philadelphia showed up—and so did our members. Every year, the HRO Today Forum North America serves as a powerful reminder of what makes this community so distinct. Across the Forum, one theme stood out: HRO Today Association members didn’t just attend—they shaped the experience.
From the opening moments of our annual spring C-TEN meeting through the final sessions and celebrations, members were at the center of the dialogue. They led conversations, shared insights with candor, and created the kind of environment where meaningful exchange happens naturally.
The C-TEN meeting set the tone with thoughtful, forward-looking discussion among CHROs and industry leaders, reinforcing the importance of having a confidential space to pressure-test ideas and navigate complexity together.
Throughout the Forum, members engaged by leading think tank sessions, hosting discussions, and contributed to the conversations beyond the stage in ways that made the experience richer for everyone involved.
Equally important was our annual HRO Today Association Awards, which spotlighted the individuals and teams translating strategy into measurable impact. From mentorship and talent development to innovative partnerships and AI-driven HR transformation, this year’s winners represent the breadth of work happening across our membership—and the real outcomes that come from collaboration done well.
As we look ahead to the rest of 2026, that commitment remains unchanged. We will continue to create opportunities for HR leaders to come together—like through C-TEN’s confidential CHRO discussions—to exchange ideas, challenge thinking, and support one another in meaningful ways.
