AAA and RiverStone Group Outsource to Ultimate Software

WESTON, Fla., March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Ultimate Software (NASDAQ:ULTI) , a leading provider of Web-based payroll and workforce management solutions, announced today that AAA Ohio Auto Club and the RiverStone Group Inc. have chosen Ultimate Software’s UltiPro Workforce Management so they can benefit from comprehensive, customizable reporting.

AAA Ohio Auto Club serves more than 850,000 members with 33 offices in 38 counties in Ohio. The organization has been using a payroll service bureau but needed a more comprehensive solution for managing its workforce. AAA Ohio wanted an intuitive, integrated human resource management solution (HRMS) with easy-to-use report writing tools and workforce analytics. After evaluating several solutions, the AAA Ohio team decided in January 2005 that UltiPro delivered through Ultimate Software’s hosted service model, Intersourcing, was the best solution for their business.
