HRO Today Association: New Members Bring New Energy

By Renee Preston

I’m pleased to share that both the HRO Today Association and the CHRO Today Executive Network (C-TEN) have experienced substantial growth within the practitioner community since the beginning of 2021. After an extremely stressful year -especially for those in HR -CHROs and other HR professionals are eager to connect with peers to learn, share, and prepare for the future of HR.

New members include:

Every time a new organization joins, our global community benefits from the perspectives and experiences each individual member brings to the table. We encourage you to use the online member directory to widen your network by connecting with members from these organizations. Welcome once again!

HRO Today Association membership is a convenient and affordable investment that keeps you, your team, and your organization current and connected. We strive to ensure our programs link members and support their learning and professional development. Our new HR Table Talks series does both! Created to provide a safe space in which members can feel comfortable discussing sensitive and challenging issues, HR Table Talks sessions focus on topics like diversity and inclusion, recognition, engagement, candidate experience, and more. Association members are invited to participate in these interactive conversations that will leave them with new insights , tools, and contacts to help them do their jobs better.

At our recent HR Table Talks in June, members discussed the emerging trend of companies seeking to manage their contingent labor pools through direct sourcing. The group of leaders examined the topic: “Savings and benefits of direct sourcing for contingent labor: fact or fiction?” Feedback from our first HR Table Talks was very positive; Sarah McMullen, diversity program manager of talent acquisition for CVS Health, says, “I really liked the small size of the group. It allowed for everyone to chime in with their thoughts and ask questions.”

You must be a member of the HRO Today Association to participate in HR Table Talks and livestreams. Investing in membership is an affordable way for an entire organization to gain access to HR content and our global community. Feel free to send me an email (Renee.Preston@SharedXpertise.com), and I’ll help you expand and grow your network!
