Exult Founder Jim Madden Joins TriNet’s Board of Directors

SAN LEANDRO, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Nov. 15, 2005–TriNet, a nationwide provider of human resource (HR) services for small and mid-sized companies, today announced the appointment of HR outsourcing pioneer Jim Madden to its board of directors.

Mr. Madden was Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Exult, Inc., the innovator and market leader in Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for Global 500 corporations. Now part of Hewitt Associates (NYSE:HEW), Exult has partnered with companies such as BP, International Paper, Prudential Financial, and BMO Financial Group. Mr. Madden currently serves as Special Advisor to General Atlantic, one of the world’s leading private equity investment firms, which recently obtained a controlling interest in TriNet.
