ARINSO International wins HR BPO contract with a global leader in the specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery industry.

ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels:ARIN), a leading provider of HR technology consulting and outsourcing, announced the successful go-live of an HR BPO contract with a global leader in the specialty pharmaceutical and medication delivery industry. Under this contract, ARINSO People Services provides comprehensive HR services for all US employees. ARINSO provided Benefit Administration Open Enrollment services to the client in October 2005, and commenced the full contracted HRO services in January 2005. The contract covers a period of five years, and its value is estimated to be approximately $20 million over the lifetime of the contract.

ARINSOs new 18,000 square foot service center in Atlanta, Georgia will provide all administrative and transactional support for the major HR processes, including Payroll, Benefits, Personnel Administration and Organization Movement. The service center will provide services to approximately 9,000 employees and offer both English and Spanish support.

During 2004, ARINSO assisted the client in preparing for the transition of services and ARINSO staff worked closely with the clients resources in designing and implementing redesigned processes. The new HR service delivery model was customized to fit the clients needs while addressing the need to achieve standardization, cost efficiencies and improved customer service. The transition planning, open enrollments go-live in October were all successful milestones towards the January 2005 go-live of full HRO services.
