
Total workforce solutions can be paramount to managing the complexities of a contingent and full-time workforce. Amid a particularly unpredictable labor market, partnering with the right total workforce solutions provider is more vital than ever.
As HRO Today conducts its RPO and MSP Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Surveys, respondents that indicate using the same provider for both contingent and full-time employees were asked a series of questions pertaining to total workforce solutions. The relevant components of the RPO and MSP study were combined into one dataset and ranked. To qualify, providers need both RPO and MSP clients that participated in the Baker’s Dozen process in 2025.
This presentation summarizes select findings from the Total Workforce Solutions Baker’s Dozen over the last five years. It includes service utilization, how a total workforce solution compares to using separate programs, and metrics like trust and overall satisfaction.
