Centrient Pharmaceuticals utilises several fit-for-purpose HR technology solutions to help streamline operations, improve talent acquisition, and strengthen employee engagement. Its HRIS—SuccessFactors—houses its global employee data and includes HR area-focussed spokes, including AI-powered talent acquisition, an employee development programme, a digitalised employee recognition programme, and machine learning-enabled engagement tools.

These HR technology investments have improved the accuracy and security of employee data, enhanced the talent acquisition process, driven employee engagement, and gamified the engagement process.

In addition, the company provides LinkedIn learning courses to help advance employee development, transformed its onboarding programme into a personalised, interactive journey for new hires, and trained employees on AI tools like ChatGPT.

To sustain its momentum, the company is focussed on continuous innovation, scalability, and making data-driven decisions to help address employee needs. The organisation also gathers feedback from employees on the HR tools it deploys, ensuring that their needs are met and that the technology continues to serve their success.

Centrient Pharmaceuticals is planning to expand its learning management system (LMS) and development planning modules within SuccessFactors to help invest in upskilling and keep its workforce competitive.

Centrient Pharmaceuticals has won the HRO Today Association EMEA Award for Best in Class: HR Technology. Centrient Pharmaceuticals Spain also won the HRO Today Association EMEA Award for Recruitment Team of the Year.
