AgileOne RPO’s commitment to fostering community and connection among its workforce—including remote employees—is demonstrated through the implementation of “The Grove,” a virtual engagement program designed to address the challenges of isolation and disengagement common in the world of RPO.
Launched in 2023, “The Grove” is a virtual space where employees can connect, collaborate and grow, regardless of physical space. Employees meet once per month to participate in team-building exercises, virtual trivia games, and hobby-based workshops with a focus on fostering a culture of unity and belonging.
Through its monthly gatherings—including themed events focused on holidays, changing seasons, and special times of the year—AgileOne’s virtual engagement program aims to emphasize the importance of the employee experience.
The momentum gained through initiatives like “The Grove” has ensured that employee engagement, workplace culture, and the employee experience are central to the organization’s long-term strategic plans, and that these commitments are reinforced at every level of leadership.
AgileOne won the HRO Today Association’s North America Award for Best in Class: Employee Experience (Provider).
