“At Chobani, nothing is more important than our people. Because our people are at the center of everything we do, we have a very strong view of what role business must play in society. Making delicious food accessible for everyone, lifting communities, and being responsible to the environment has been our driving purpose. De La Cruz brings with her deep experience across multiple functional areas following her 18-year tenure at PepsiCo, where she most recently served as the Global Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. She has extensive commercial and international experience working with teams to enhance and grow their businesses and has been a value-added strategic partner in all her executive in-house counsel roles.  With a diverse background, stemming from a dual culture experience, she has great success in effectively adapting to the needs of an organization, and brings a focus on addressing complex challenges through innovative solutions.
