Our research shows that most employers (approximately 80%) offer wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles in their employees. Our data also suggests that most Americans can work from home at least one day a week, while one-third of respondents report having the option to work from home five days a week. Some workers with more flexibility are even able to work in different states, making them and employers vulnerable to varying tax codes.
