The report also highlights important regional differences in how organizations are approaching workforce transformation across North America, EMEA, and APAC, offering a global perspective on the evolution of talent strategy. Findings include:
- In the APAC region, 81% agree AI will drive generalist roles. Those from APAC have the highest confidence in HR evolution, and will focus on soft skills.
Overall, organizations now prioritize learning agility and the ability to learn and adapt over deep specialization. Nearly two-thirds (61%) of HR leaders agree that adaptable employees who can learn and drill into key areas are prioritized.
