Prioritising People

N-able’s HR team has focussed its energy on improving belonging and collaboration among employees, regardless of location.

By fostering an environment focussed on belonging and keeping employees at the centre of all decisions, N-able’s HR team has worked to boost engagement and connection among its people in nearly 15 countries. Using “collaboration hubs,” virtual and in-person employees collaborate with the HR team to spearhead concepts and initiatives aimed at improving these key metrics.  

Some of these initiatives include each employee receiving two volunteer days each year, robust employee recognition, wellness initiatives, a new hire integration programme, and a focus on N-able’s core values: “N-rich Lives, N-spire Others, and N-joy the Journey.”  

Through prioritisation of people and diversity, comprehensive rewards and benefits, and focusing on support throughout the employee lifecycle, the HR team upholds these values. 

Extending beyond the traditional HR scope, N-able’s HR team focuses on people advocacy, engagement, diversity, well-being initiatives, recognition, and total rewards to enhance the holistic experience of employees.  

N-able won the HRO Today Association’s EMEA Award for HR Team of the Year.
