IQ-EQ Announces Promotion of Lindsay Smith to Chief Human Resources Officer in the U.S.

Smith to play key role in managing and developing talent across firm’s U.S. member companies

New York, New York – November 2, 2021 – IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services firm, announced today that it has appointed Lindsay Smith as Chief Human Resources Officer for the U.S. In this role, she will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies to support the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This appointment aligns with the organization’s broader strategy to unify and align its U.S. member companies.

Smith brings more than fifteen years of experience in management and human resource functions in financial services, including serving for the past seven years in a strategic human capital and operations role as Partner and Chief of Staff for Constellation Advisers, LLC, which was acquired by IQ-EQ this year.

As the future of work continues to evolve at a rapid speed, accelerated by the pandemic, Smith will play a vital role in helping IQ-EQ keep pace with the changing landscape to enhance employee satisfaction and development. She will oversee all aspects of talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. She will also provide strategic leadership in advancing employee wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, and retention. In addition, Smith will serve as a liaison for those IQ-EQ clients with specialized human resources needs.

Smith initially joined Constellation Advisers, LLC in 2014 as human resources manager, overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Prior to joining Constellation Advisers, LLC, she served as Assistant Vice President for SunTrust Bank.
