Philadelphia, PA – October 29, 2021 – The HRO Today Association has selected more than 80 companies as finalists in its 2021 awards program. Open to members and nonmembers of the Association, submissions were received in three regions: APAC, EMEA, and North America.
“The quality of nominations this year is by far the best we have ever seen,” said Renée Preston, Global Executive Director of the HRO Today Association. “As the HR industry’s standard-setting organization, we were impressed and excited to see the innovative value nominees are bringing to customers and employees. These companies are truly first adopters who are delivering game-changing results to the industry.”
The awards for the North America and EMEA regions will be presented on November 17 in conjunction with the HRO Today Association Conference, a virtual micro-event that will explore how to best configure HR to achieve the new Operational Excellence that’s required to meet the next wave of change. The winners will be announced between three educational sessions which will be presented by industry experts Dr. Peter Cappelli, Director of the Wharton Center for HR; Jeff Lackey, VP of Talent Acquisition for CVS Health; and a group of CHROs from CalPortland, The Wallace Foundation, and the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance.
Quality was king this year, as the number of nominations on par with year over year growth we have seen historically. HRO Today sees this as a sign that Human Resource professionals know that in order to stand out in the HR industry today, a company, service or product must go beyond basic ROI. It must be truly unique in its ability to demonstrate innovative value, first adopters and even risk takers, with ideas and concepts that deliver game changing results that are not simply “new” but, inventive with innovative services, technologies and results.
Madison Performance Group is pleased to be this year’s Recognition Sponsor and will assist in presenting the awards.
Winners in the APAC region will be announced at a special virtual ceremony on December 16 at 8:00PM ET. This meeting will be open to members and nonmembers.
