The 2021 HRO Today Association Awards are set to celebrate excellence in the practice of human resources. But before we can honor you and your peers for outstanding industry contributions, we must first know who you are. Making yourself known is quite simple: Just cast an online nomination acknowledging the people and teams who have resiliently pushed forward in wake of global adversity, even if that means nominating yourself!
This year we will recognize both nonmembers and members of our Association who have led their teams through one of the most turbulent times in recent history. Hard work, dedication to the industry, and ongoing interest in sharing best practices and learning is a testament to success. Award categories include:
Individual
• Executive HR Champion
• Leadership Award
• Thought Leadership (HR Excellence) Award
Team/Company
• Best In Class: Candidate Experience/Reputation
• Business Partnership Excellence
• Diversity and Inclusion Excellence
• HR Team of the Year
• Innovation in HR Technology
• Recruitment Team of the Year
• Thought Leadership (HR Excellence) Award
The awards for the EMEA and North America regions will be presented during the HRO Today Association Conference, a virtual event on Wednesday, November 17, 2021. The awards for the APAC region will be presented during a virtual ceremony on December 16, 2021 at 8PM ET. But before you can take your place on the virtual stage, you must submit your nomination at www.hrotoday.com/association/awards/.
After submitting your nomination, click on the professional development tab and be sure to check out the latest “HR Table Talk” on the value and effectiveness of recognition programs. With employees in flux about where they want to work (and open to more choices), now is the time to thoroughly -and honestly -review company recognition program. Please note: “HR Table Talks” are for member of the Association only.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me (Renee.Preston@SharedXpertise.com) should you have any questions regarding membership to the Association, award nominations, “HR Table Talks” or to just say hello!
