The 1st Annual HRO Today HR100 Awards Celebration Event is a long overdue occasion that honors the important and, at times, unsung work of Human Resources professionals who succeed as a team. This evening event will take place on Thursday, June 12 at the Warwick Rittenhouse Square Hotel in Philadelphia, PA.
This is NOT a conference, but a social gathering to celebrate professional excellence. HRO Today is well-known in the HR space for hosting annual Awards Galas at both our North American and EMEA Forum events. For the HR100, we’re creating an evening to put the very best HR departments in business today in the glow of the spotlight, as well as extol the virtues of Human Resources as a crucial contributor to corporate success.
HRO Today has annually ranked HR service providers through our Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings™ for nearly two decades. Its research revealed that while there are many rankings of various aspects of HR, there isn’t one definitive source of which companies are the best for human resources. Enter HRO Today’s HR100.
The HRO Today research team meticulously evaluated nearly 1,000 companies, assessing performance across eight critical areas: workplace culture, employee benefits, diversity and inclusion, talent management, HR innovation, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employer branding.
To create the ranking, the HRO Today research team collected available public data from nearly 40 established benchmarking and ranking programs in the identified categories. This allows us to generate a score based equally on depth and breadth of outside recognition and internal recognition. The data is then aggregated and weighted to create the final score, producing the index used in the ranking.
