Elite has announced the appointment of Diane Holman as chief human resources officer, underscoring Elite’s focus on building the people and culture required to support continued growth and scale.

Holman brings deep experience leading global people organizations within complex, fast-moving environments, helping companies strengthen teams, evolve culture, and align talent strategy with business outcomes.

Prior to joining Elite, Holman built a successful career as a senior HR leader at organizations including GE, Raytheon, and Capgemini. Most recently, she served as chief people officer at Personify Health. Across these roles, she partnered closely with executive teams to support growth, guide organizations through change, and help teams scale effectively while maintaining strong engagement and culture.

“I am excited to join Elite at such a pivotal moment in its journey,” says Holman. “Elite’s growth and the leadership team’s commitment to investing in people immediately stood out. The company understands that culture and leadership directly shape how we serve law firms, and I look forward to partnering across the business to support teams and help create an environment where people can do their best work for our customers.”

“Strong people leadership is essential to building a company that can scale successfully,” says Mark Dorman, CEO of Elite. “Diane brings the experience and perspective needed to align talent strategy with our business priorities. She will be a critical partner to our leadership team as we strengthen our organization and continue to invest in our people.”

In her role as CHRO, Holman will oversee all aspects of Elite’s global HR function, including talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development, total rewards, and organizational effectiveness. She will work closely with leaders across the business to support growth, strengthen culture, and ensure Elite remains a destination for top talent.
