Proper Hospitality Taps Visionary Global Talent Management Agency Haufe

San Francisco, CA (April 5, 2016) – Leading global talent management and human resources company Haufe (www.haufe.us) announced today that it has been tapped by Proper Hospitality to support the company through the opening of their eponymously-named hotels and residences in Hollywood, San Francisco, Downtown Los Angeles and Austin as well as the ongoing management of the Avalon Hotels in Beverly Hills and Palm Springs. A recognized market leader in the European market, Haufe built a strong reputation through its work with more than 600 global companies ranging from Bayer, Olympus, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers to Vice Media and NeueHouse, among other top brands. Born from the fundamental philosophy that “employees run companies,” Haufe provides a bold new approach to user-centric programs, tailoring Talent Solutions to clients’ specific business goals

Haufe will provide key services for Proper Hospitality ranging from recruiting to reporting as they grow their headcount substantially over the next months and coming years. With two hotels under management and multi-city openings in the near future, Proper Hospitality specifically selected Haufe to help them scale appropriately from a systems perspective, assist in onboarding of new talent, design a performance framework program, and offer HR best practices.

“We launched our first hotel management company and brand almost two decades ago. We grew the company from one that managed a single hotel to one with a brand loved and respected by many, with hospitality projects all over the world. Now we are doing it again, but smarter, after having learned from our past experiences. Key to our success will be partnering with like-minded companies that have the best technology and systems. Haufe’s vast wealth of knowledge and resources is exactly what we need during this exciting period of growth,” said Brian De Lowe, President and Co-Founder of Proper Hospitality.

“Proper Hospitality and Haufe are on the same page when it comes to our ‘people first’ mentality,” said Kelly Max, CEO and Co-Founder of Haufe, Inc. “With its initial properties slated to open in the most vibrant sections of emerging urban innovation districts, Proper also shares Haufe’s commitment to cultural trendsetters. We look forward to becoming a key element of their success, helping them deliver excellence in white-glove service and world-class amenities.”

“A Proper person lives for what they do and, because of it, they are exceptionally good at it,” said Diego Heredia, Corporate Director of Operations, Culture and People, at Proper Hospitality. “With the help of Haufe, we will continue to attract people that, like us, live simply, explore often, consume mindfully, love passionately and give fully. Whether they are seasoned veterans or clocking in for the first time, their dedication to proper living will be unmistakable when they step foot into a Proper Hotel or Residence.”
