With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Heather Gille joins Grammarly as chief people officer. Gille offers a diverse set of experiences as a people leader, spanning everything from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including Electronic Arts, McKesson, Gap Inc., and Hewlett Packard.
She previously served as the chief people officer for Certinia, where she rapidly grew the global employee base while helping the organization reach all-time low customer churn and high renewal rates. At Grammarly, she will be responsible for setting teams and talent up for success to achieve the company’s ambitious goals of powering the AI-connected workplace of the future.
Her ability to align the people team’s goals with Grammarly’s broader strategy will enable the company to move faster, and think strategically about longer-term goals.
