AMN Healthcare Services, provider of healthcare workforce solutions and staffing services to healthcare facilities nationwide, has already made changes in the new year with the promotion announcement of former Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Julie Fletcher, to the new position of Chief Talent Officer, effective as of January 1. The new role, which places an increased emphasis on talent management, will have continued responsibility for AMN’s human resources function, including attracting, developing and optimizing team member talent for corporate roles and across AMN’s diverse family of workforce solutions and staffing companies.
 
Fletcher is praised for her efforts and strides made on behalf of AMN since joining AMN five years ago, leading to her recent promotion. During Fletcher’s time with AMN it has launched its Employment Value Proposition (EVP), which emphasizes core values, collegial work environment, leader and team member quality, and development and career opportunities. Also called The AMN Difference, this proposition is apparent in AMN’s corporate culture and goals. Fletcher has also been responsible for AMN’s comprehensive learning and talent development initiatives and team member recognition programs.
