2022 was a year riddled by trials and transitions. As leaders around the globe gratefully ushered out the worst of the pandemic, they were then met with economic quarrels like inflation, mass layoffs, a continued talent shortage, and an impending recession—all of which posed a great threat to their organization’s stability.
But amidst distress, our 2022 HRO Today HR Superstars rose to the challenge of guiding workforces through fickle times. Unequivocally, they redesigned strategies, adopted cutting-edge technologies, and remained agile to meet current and future needs. It is because of them that their companies and industries were able to maneuver quickly and successfully into a new normal.
The HRO Today HR Superstars list acknowledges HR leaders who have gone above and beyond to support their teams and the health, well-being and career progression of their employees. This special feature recognizes three categories of HR leadership: Providers, Practitioners, and Thought Leaders (consultants/advisors/analysts/academics/investors).
Each of these roles has a significant impact on the workplace. Superstars were nominated externally through an online tool and by the HRO Today staff.
