NEW YORK, NY – March 22, 2005. Charles “Charlie” H. Gibbons, renowned business services authority, has joined The Delve Group, Inc. (Delve), a leading marketing, sales, and branding firm focused on assisting business services companies within the private and public sectors earn greater ROI from their sales and marketing strategies. Appointed as an executive vice president, Charlie will use his expertise to bring even greater value to Delve’s clients. 

Charlie brings over 35 years of diversified business experience in executive management, sales leadership, business planning, product development, organizational development, operations management, strategic outsourcing, and information technology. Prior to Delve he served as president of Geller Services, L.L.C., where he built a finance and accounting and document outsourcing business.

Additionally, Charlie’s 26-year career with IBM included sales & marketing, product development, forecasting & market research, and financial planning. He also became the senior executive responsible for IBM’s U.S. operations, overseeing a budget in excess of $1.5 billion and direct management of over 6,000 employees responsible for providing finance and accounting, procurement, human resources, real estate and facilities, technology, legal, advertising and communications, and business development.

Charlie’s breadth of experience and leadership also include serving as president and CEO of Dunn & Bradstreet Services; founder and CEO of Intellisource, a full-service Business Process Outsourcing firm providing HR, finance and accounting, and procurement services; managing director of PricewaterhouseCooper’s U.S. Business Process Outsourcing organization; and consultant and strategic coach for Business Strategy and BPO development to the EDS senior executive team.
