RPO provider Veritude has been selected by Morgan Memorial Goodwill Industries, Inc. (Goodwill), the non-profit organization, to provide recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services. Veritude will support Goodwill’s internal staffing requirements for positions ranging from entry to director level. The program will include sourcing and recruiting candidates as well as hiring new employees. In addition, Veritude will have an on-site recruiter at Goodwill’s headquarters in Boston.
“In order for Goodwill to provide the programs and services that our participants need, our staff must not only be qualified but enthusiastic about Goodwill’s mission. Veritude’s on-site service and collaborative approach will help us find the right candidates and also enhance recruitment management and retention,” said Miriam Johnson, vice president of employee related services for Goodwill.
