Provade, Inc., provider of global enterprise vendor management systems (VMS) for global contingent workforce spend management, recently announced the promotion of Peter Parks to chief operation officer (COO). Parks was one of Provade’s founding employees and was previously vice president of product development.
As COO, Parks will continue to be responsible for managing Provade’s product roadmap and development, customer support and professional services, while broadening his focus to include daily operations. Social collaboration services, a major initiative in 2014, will also be a big focus for Parks in his new role. Parks’ promotion will support Provade in establishing itself as an industry leader in the areas of mobility, business intelligence, and social collaboration.
