KSS (Key Safety Systems), a global engineering, manufacturer, and supplier of safety components and systems, has selected Manpower Business Solutions (MBS) to provide RPO services in an effort to standardize hiring processes for its engineering and manufacturing facilities in nine countries.
Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The program will manage all full-time positions and hiring processes at KSS facilities in North America, China, Germany, Romania, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Italy, and the U.K. In addition to permanent positions, Manpower will also manage contingent hiring. Utilizing MBS’ in-country managers’ familiarity with local laws and customs will speed up the entire process while providing cost savings, the company said.
