Recruitment process outsourcing provider Hyrian has created Hyrian OnDemand, a new division to provide services to companies with more than 100 employees. The company last year handled 12,000 hires in 48 and is on track to fill 20,000 positions this year.
“We want Hyrian OnDemand to be the recruitment department for mid-size companies,” said Daniel Solomons, CEO and president of Hyrian. He noted that every seven seconds another boomer turns 60, and approximately 15 percent of the workforce will be eligible to retire during the next five years, and businesses face a serious challenge during the next 20 years.
Founded in 1997, Hyrian operates offices in Los Angeles (headquarters) and Plymouth, MN; it will open a New York office later this year.
