Capita Resourcing has signed a two-year partnership with MrTed, a global provider of talent management solutions, for an end-to-end RPO solution. The platform will be used to support critical recruitment processes for a major Capita client based in northwest England.
The choice was mainly based on Capita’s need for a comprehensive solution: this highly configurable application will enable the company to manage the deployment in a straightforward way while letting it react quickly and effectively to any changes required by the client.

She added that the partnership would help improve Capita’s operational capabilities.
