Aon Consulting, the human capital consulting organization of Aon Corporation (NYSE:AOC), announced today that its Recruitment Process Outsourcing group signed a three-year, multi-million dollar contract to provide corporate recruitment services to United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI), the largest equipment rental company in the world.
The agreement, which is expected to provide significant cost savings for United Rentals, includes Aon experts recruiting high-quality candidates, as well as providing an on-site recruitment coordinator who will serve as the central point of contact, facilitate the recruiting process and act as an additional resource for United Rentals hiring managers.
