Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS has appointed Michael O’Higgins to the position of Chairman of the Board.
O’Higgins, 55, is a former Managing Partner of PA Consulting and was previously a Partner of Price Waterhouse Consulting. He has been Chairman of the Audit Committee since October 2006 and is a non-Executive Director of HM Treasury and Chair of the Treasury Group Audit Committee. Other current posts include Trustee of the National Centre for Social Research, Trustee of the Australian National University, Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Centrepoint, and member of the Cabinet Secretary’s Moderation Panel for Capability Reviews. Michael has also held a number of academic posts at the University of Bath, the London School of Economics and Harvard University.
