International staffing and recruitment firm Adecco has acquired the assets of TalentTrack, LLC, a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company based in Toledo, OH. This acquisition will further bolster Adecco’s service delivery infrastructure for outsourced recruitment solutions in North America. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
TalentTrack was formed in 2002 by Kim Davis, who has more than 25 years of experience in HR services. The company’s business model is built around its Talent Discovery Center, which provides research, sourcing, candidate mining, screening, assessment, selection, offer management, and on-boarding. TalentTrack was selected by HRO Today in July as one of the top 13 RPO providers in the world.

Davis will report to Adecco Senior Vice President of Business Development Michael Beygelman.
