Employer brand has become one of the most integralÂ parts of an organizationâs recruiting and candidateÂ attraction strategies. It has the power to showcaseÂ to potential employees an authentic view of anÂ organizationâs culture, mission, and values. In fact,Â according to research from TalentNow, 84 percent of jobÂ seekers say the reputation of a company as an employerÂ is important when making a decision about where toÂ apply for a job. The hiring side agrees too: 80 percentÂ of talent acquisition managers believe that employerÂ branding has a significant impact on the ability to hireÂ great talent, according to LinkedIn. And this is drivingÂ some organizations to think outside of the box whenÂ implementing their employer branding efforts.
Within the last few years, there have beenÂ transformational initiatives driven by HR andÂ talent acquisition leaders when developing andÂ communicating employer brand.
