Many of us assumed that remote work would end with the pandemic. But a hybrid work model emerged and gained prevalence, as companies required full-time, in-office work less and less throughout 2023. So how are companies managing this new trend?
This study, sponsored by CapRelo, surveyed HR leaders to find out how companies are developing their hybrid work model and handling its complexities, such as requirements for geographic proximity and return-to-office incentives.
Of the companies surveyed, three-in-four use a hybrid model, requiring an average of 2.5 days per week in office, and just over one-half use some form of incentive to encourage employees to come into the office.
