Make an Impact to Your Profession: Join an HRO Today Association Committee

As we kick off 2024, the HRO Today Association encourages members to actively participate in shaping the future of our community by joining one of our committees. Reflecting upon last year’s collective success, our committee members played a pivotal role in developing and enhancing membership programs and services, including the launch of new programs like the Recipes for Success Livestream Series, Knowledge Centers, an Ambassador Program and the forthcoming HR Buyer Toolkit.

The Association has two standing committees in 2024 that are ready to embark on an array of initiatives: Membership Resources & Engagement Committee and Standards & Practices. By volunteering to serve on a committee, you not only contribute to the development of our association but also elevate your professional journey.

Ask yourself: Do you seek ideas for developmental goals, whether for your team or yourself? Are you passionate about networking, continuous learning, and best practices? Do you aspire to make a significant impact and boost your reputation within the industry? If your answer is yes to any of these questions, then serving on an HRO Today Association committee could be a great fit.
