November 6, 2018, Gibbsboro, NJ — As the background screening industry for employers continually evolves based on new legislation and regulation, CSS is now offering its clients access to legal advice from one of the largest labor and employment law firms in the United States via its new service, CSS Compliance Plus. Littler Mendelson, P.C., with more than 1,500 attorneys, provides clients with representation and daily advice on virtually all areas of labor and employment law.
With states and locales establishing new legislation such as “ban the box”, “salary history ban” and other regulations geared towards the type of information that hiring employers can and cannot ask on applications, it has become critical that organizations have the resources to be regularly updated on these changes.
