The HRO Today Association designs events in different formats to give members multiple opportunities to connect with its global network and learn. One of our most popular options is our “HR Table Talks” series, which allows members to connect directly with their peers to share their experiences and get their questions answered.
Created to provide a safe space in which members can feel comfortable discussing sensitive and challenging issues, the “HR Table Talks” series focuses on topics like diversity, inclusion, recognition, engagement, candidate experience, and more. “HR Table Talks” are not webinars; they are virtual conversations that enable members to connect on specific topics, get advice, and share best practices. Our next “Table Talk” will take place September 21st with a conversation on Weighing the Value and Effectiveness of Your Recognition Program for 2022. Another valuable way to learn from other members is through the HRO Today Association Awards program. Time is running out to submit nominations for 2021! This year we will recognize both nonmembers and members of our Association who have led their teams through one of the most turbulent times in recent history. Awards for the APAC region will be presented during a virtual ceremony on December 16, 2021 at 8PM ET.
