Philadelphia, PA – June 21, 2018 – HRO Today has announced the creation of a new certification program for human resources services providers.
The Trusted Supplier Certification Program will launch in January 2019 as part of the HRO Today Services and Technology Association, the premier membership channel dedicated to providing professional development, peer-to-peer networking, and exposure to topical service and technology advancements that help improve both members’ businesses and the HR industry as a whole. HR providers that participate will have the opportunity to be designated as trusted providers in the industry and held accountable to leading standards of ethics and performance. The Trusted Supplier Certification Program differs from and will not impact the ranking program of the HRO Today magazine Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings which are highly respected.
“Since 2002, HRO Today has been an unrivalled resource of both content and connections that have helped shape the HR industry,” said Zachary Misko, President of HRO Today Member Services and Executive Director of the HRO Today Services and Technology Association. “The Trusted Supplier Certification Program is the latest way we are promoting transparency in the industry and raising the bar for providers.”
Providers who attend the HRO Today Membership Summit, taking place October 17-18 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will have the opportunity to preview the program and contribute to the program’s development discussion. Providers will also receive training that includes improving the efficiency of processes and protocols and learning the standards of ethical performance. Additional topics of discussion at the Summit will include: optimizing candidate experience, new models for contingent labor, and buyer education to better select, engage and manage outsourcing partnerships.
