Spherion Corporation has completed its acquisition of Todays Staffing, Inc. from CDI Corporation for cash of $40 million, according to Globalsourcingnow.com.
Todays Staffing is a 25-year-old staffing and recruiting company with more than 60 locations in North America. The company had revenues of $150 million in the 12 months ending June 30, 2007. Spheiron said one of the reasons why the company was such a lucrative acquisition was its recent revenue growth and attractive gross profit margin of approximately 23 percent.
