Online learning has long been an effective way to acquire new professional skills and galvanize career progression. According to Dan Brodnitz, Global Head of Content Strategy at LinkedIn Learning, however, online course viewership has surged drastically over the last year.
“We’re seeing major increases in the amount of professional learning happening around the world. Over 4.6 million professionals watched the 20 Most Popular Courses this year, and compared to last year, we saw a 53% increase in global hours spent learning.”
LinkedIn’s Most Popular Courses list shows a vast increase in DEI learning since the start of the pandemic. And for the first time ever, DEI courses not only made the list, but took the #1 spot.
