HR consulting and outsourcing firm Hewitt has expanded its dependent eligibility offering by acquiring HRAdvance. HRAdvance, a suite of products that help reduce healthcare costs, will be a part of Hewitt’s point solutions business in benefits outsourcing. According to Hewitt Research, the amount employers pay in healthcare costs per participant has doubled in the last 10 years, and eligibility audits can save between 4 and 8 percent of annual healthcare costs
