Convenience store giant 7-Eleven has renewed its benefits administration outsourcing contract with ExcellerateHRO for 64 months. Under the agreement, the provider will handle benefits for the chain’s U.S. employees in the areas of health and welfare and employee profit sharing/401(k) plan administration, as well as deferred compensation plan services added under the new contract.
“We chose to continue our relationship with ExcellerateHRO because of the high level of customer service the company provides and the enhancements to our program administration,” said Scott Hintz, 7-Eleven’s director of compensation and benefits.
Since ExcellerateHRO launched in March 2005, the company has signed or renewed contracts valued at more than $550 million for HR outsourcing, benefits administration, payroll, and relocation and assignment services in North America, EMEA, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.
